We strive to offer high quality products and a satisfying shopping experience, but if you need an exchange, return or assistance with your order, please contact hello@amoreternoshop.com first to confirm the appropriate course of action.
Before making any purchase within our online store, we ask you to understand that all items are produced on demand, in response exclusively to your order, regarding the garment or object, color selection, size, and all underlying characteristics at the time of purchase. This means that this item will be made to measure or clearly personalized, and therefore, we do not accept any type of return that does not correspond to the cases detailed below in which we do accept returns. Please read the following statements carefully.
For the supply of goods that are made to measure or clearly personalized for the consumer; sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, amoreternoshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Spanish language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.
1. Problem Notification:
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please let us know within 15 days from the date you receive the item. If 15 days have passed since the arrival of your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All orders for sale items are final. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier or is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer (if applicable).
Unclaimed Shipment: Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipping costs for the customer (if applicable).
Please send an email to our customer service team at hello@amoreternoshop.com, indicating your order number, attaching photographs of the problem and providing a detailed description of the situation.
2. Problem Assessment:
We will review your case and determine eligibility for a refund based on the policies applied at AmorEternoShop.
In specific situations, we may ask you to return the affected item for further inspection.
3. Refund Process:
If your refund request is approved, we will proceed to process the refund using the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
Refund Conditions:
1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with tags intact, in the original packaging.
2. The refund request must be made within the established period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
3. Refunds will not be offered for personalized products unless they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. We recommend that you review the guide product sizes, to verify that your order fits as much as possible according to our sizes.
4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the reason for the refund is attributable to an error by AmorEternoShop.
